National Chapter Young Eagles Shirt Program By EAA Chapter 180

Here you will be able to creat high-resolution graphic tees for your Young Eagles Events. These shirts are beautiful and feature a full photo of the Child and The Cockpit. To create your Chapter Shirt, you must first fill out the Chapter Setup Form Here. Once you have filled out and set up your Chapter Layout, you may use this form to submit your Young Eagles Shirts that were sold.

COSTS:

Each Young Eagles Shirt will cost your chapter $14.00 per shirt, plus $10.00 shipping for the complete order.  You may charge $20.00 or $24.00 per shirt.  Please note $20.00 per shirt sells more easily, however $24.00 allows for $10.00 per shirt profit to the Chapter with the first shirt covering shipping.

SPONSORSHIPS:

On the back of each shirt is EAA Logo, Chapter Logo, and 2 Sponsor Logo’s.  We recommend your chapter sell 2 sponsorships for $100.00 each anually.  This pays for their graphic to be on the shirts, and should cover all annual shipping costs, and leave profit for the chapter.  Recommended sponsors are local FBO’s, or Other Companies.

INSTRUCTIONS:

You must use some kind of order form for the child that purchased a shirt. This should be a 3 Part reciept book available at any Staples. Copies should be issued as follows:

• White Copy:  Stays with Chapter Treasurer
• Yellow Copy: Stays with the T-Shirt Coordinator
• Pink Copy: Goes to the parent or child that paid for the shirt

Later, once you recieve your bulk order of shirts, you will match the Yellow Copy to the actual shirt, and combine them for pick up.

PHOTO REQUIREMENTS:

Photos shall be high resolution full color, and should contain a close up of the child wearing a headset in front of the cockpit (See Below).   The person taking photo graphs should take 2 Photos.

• One photo of the child holding up a piece of paper with thier name and the size shirt ordered. (used later to match up child name to photo)
• One photo of the shild wearing headset in cockpit (this is the actual T-Shirt Photo).

PHOTO EDITING REQUIREMENTS:

We will do any final editing to the photos, however YOU MUST RENAME THE IMAGE BEFORE SENDING TO US.

DO NOT: Send a photo unnamed such as dsc00035.jpg

DO:  Rename the photo with the Childs Name and Shirt Size:

(Example:  john-rogers-kids-medium.jpg)

RECIEVING OF SHIRTS

You will recieve the shirts typically within 10 days of submitting the order.  We suggest you arrange for a common pick up spot for the parents such as the local Pilot Shop or Local FBO front desk.
